· All showings are monitored via appointments, owner input and electronic key boxes. The showing agent, time, etc. is entered into our computer system, follow-up is done and the results recorded. The owner is provided with a printed report of the results, which can provide valuable information on buyer reaction to the property.
· Offers and other vital communication are handled immediately during normal business hours. The office is always staffed and key members are reachable via pagers and cell phones.

We draw up a comprehensive marketing plan, customized for each listing, which includes substantial advertising in a wide variety of media including half a dozen different print media and six sites on the internet.
